When I was 9 years old at vbs.It was the last night and as the Rev. Andy Cashwell was talkin about what had went on that week the lord spoke to me.I went down front and gave my life to christ. You may call me crazy or insane but I am glad im a used to be! I still make mastakes, who doesnt? I beleive that the same God that died 2000 years ago for you and for me... is the same God that i worship and serve today!

I had a "drug" problem when I was a young child. My mom drug me to church every time the doors were open. No really, I wanted to go to church, and I would cry when I was sick because I didn't want to miss. (I was in one of our Christmas plays with the chicken pox.) Back in those days, the pastors were not afraid to step on the toes of their members. They didn't tiptoe around the truth. They would preach about what was right and wrong, what was black and white, and what was good and evil. (I still attend a church where the pastor doesn't care to tell you how it is.) I haven't been a drunk or an addict, but in God's eyes I was the same. I was a sinner bound for hell. When I was four years old, I got "saved" because my friends did. I was a very lucky one. I attended a school called Gospel Light. When I was in fourth grade we had chapel two days a week. I don't remember what Bro. Steve preached on that day, but I couldn't get out of chapel fast enough. I wanted to talk to my teacher about salvation. I realized that when I was four I have received the head knowledge, but I had never received the "heart" knowledge. I knelt down in a storage room and asked Jesus to come into my life. When I got up I not only had the head knowledge, but I had the heart knowledge. I knew then that Jesus was in my heart and when I died I was going to Heaven.
